Spa & Wellness Sales Manager
What are we looking for?
To successfully perform this role, candidates should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle-driven commercial roles.
• Proven experience in local market activation and guest capture strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital booking channels.
• Experience working with luxury clientele, resorts, or destination spas.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
