As a Senior Revenue Specialist, you will report to the Revenue Manager for our high efficiency support model and support your hotel teams consistently grow market share and outperform competitors.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Centralized Inbox Management & Actioning of Hotel Requests
  • Cluster Global Daily Detail Analysis and Implementation of Tactical PRM actions
  • Proactive communications using pre-built Global Daily Detail messaging
  • Performance Support Audit implementations and execution of non-automated Performance Support actions
  • Ad-Hoc revenue call support: prep and strategy development utilizing curated high efficiency tools and templates
  • Post-call follow-up: recaps, takeaways, and action tracking
  • CRM maintenance: Strat Ops Hotel Profile Checklist and BOSS updates

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Contribute to a culture of building trust with a pooled portfolio of hotels and important revenue management partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams and Distribution and e-Commerce teams to learn insights and better guide your hotels' positioning on different channels.
  • Partner with operations, front office, and other key revenue management team partners to understand capacity constraints and optimize inventory management.
  • Engage with internal and external teams to maintain engagement and enhancements for efficiency.
  • Partner with Onboarding team to transition and ensure smooth onboarding transitions
  • Assist in PTO coverage support for other RMCC Models

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

  • Enact an appropriate Revenue Management strategy, including pricing for all portfolio hotels, and partner with the RMCC Performance Support and Platform Activation to leverage audit and new technology enhancements to maximize performance.
  • Build a positive relationship within the RMCC and other revenue management partners across our teams as you help guide the growth and structure for Efficiency Models.
  • Ensure alignment and trust with hotel teams, revenue management teams, and Hilton Commercial and Brand Performance teams on revenue strategies and pricing.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Eighteen (18) months of Revenue Management experience
  • Proficiency in Hilton's RM systems and data analysis
  • Proven experience building trusted partnerships with property teams at all levels

It would be useful if you have:

  • Previous people management experience
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience with TravelClick, Lighthouse, and OTA extranet(s)
  • Experience leveraging CRM platforms
