Senior Product Manager (Payments)
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Manage product from very early in lifecycle through go-to-market and post-deployment for an assigned duration.
- Conduct reporting for product, industry, customer segment(s), and other domains as determined.
- Identify new opportunities that will improve revenue, lead to business growth, and satisfy customer needs.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Provide and ensure product vision is successfully accomplished.
- Provide leadership on product decisions. Make and own important product decisions.
- Play lead role in product service provider (partner) collaboration and engagement related to the assigned product.
- Provide leadership in the creation of business cases and product requirements for new product concepts and be able to present to all partners.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders and impacted parties.
- Handle tasks in product collaboration system (e.g. Jira) and product coordination/communication (e.g Confluence) and other relevant systems.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Identify and enable new payment methods on the Hilton website, Honors app, and on-property
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Eight (8) years of work experience in product, customer experience, technology, or related field
- Experience in key product management functions, including leading digital products to market, writing user stories, crafting wireframes, market research, and reporting metrics
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
- Payments experience, including mobile apps, digital payment methods, wallets, installment products, payment processing, etc.
- Agile approach to product development
- Hospitality, travel, or transportation industry experience
- Experience working with a complex multi-functional matrix environment.
- Experience with A/B testing and creating hypotheses that drive customer value
