Manager Property Technology Enterprise Remediation

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Address Hilton security and network standards, enforce policies and procedures with global franchise community and provide subject matter expertise on technology related questions from these properties.
• Evaluate chronic issues reported by franchise community, working across all necessary functions to determine technical and process improvements.
• Manage 2 direct reports: Associate Property Technology Analyst (2).

How you will collaborate with others:

• Point of contact for internal and external partners and vendors to implement, deliver, and integrate processes to help maintain Hilton’s systems and strategic initiatives, such as vulnerability remediation and End of Life events.
• Coordinate cross departmental meetings, focused on the technology requirements for the conversion and opening of complex managed properties and managed to franchise and franchise to franchise conversions.

What projects you will take ownership of: 

• Data analysis, reporting, tracking and communications that support any new and ongoing enterprise initiatives.
• Hold franchise hotels accountable to adhere to Hilton security and network standards and provide remediation guidance.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• Two (2) years of work experience in technology management
• Experience translating technical information
• Familiarity with technologies such as MS Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) and/or Access
• This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)
• Travel up to 10%

It would be useful if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience 
• Seven (7)+ years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• Two (2) years of professional experience in Hospitality or a related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of Hilton technology standards & infrastructure
