As a Hilton Honors Loyalty Operations Analyst, you will support various teams in onboarding new brand partnership agreements successfully. On the Hilton Honors Loyalty Operations Analyst team, you will report to the Manager Hilton Honors Operations, you will be the liaison between the Hilton Honors Loyalty Operations team and multiple cross-function teams to ensure new brand partnership agreements are communicated and executed appropriately.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Work with the leadership team, loyalty operations team, new brand partnership teams and multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Process daily case and reporting workload against published and agreed upon timelines.
  • Combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions, even among seemingly unrelated events.
  • Attend weekly and monthly team meetings and several quarterly department meetings as needed.
  • Assist in various departmental tasks such as development of internal communications and training needs.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Work with the Hilton Honors leadership team, loyalty operations team, partnership teams. and multiple cross-functional teams to onboard new brand partnership agreements and execute fully to steady state operations.
  • Present updates, questions and any challenges to leadership teams.
  • Participate in and contribute during weekly and monthly team meetings and several quarterly department meetings.
  • Working with various teams to ensure the onboarding of any new hotels or partnerships and all operating procedures are clearly documented.

What projects you will take ownership of: 

  • Assist in various projects, including internal communications and training needs.
  • Working with various teams to ensure onboarding and all documentation is completed.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of professional experience in an analytical role
  • Experience using Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Experience creating visually appealing content for presentations to leadership and stakeholders
  • Hybrid work schedule from Dallas, TX office (3 days/week in office)

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience with Hilton Loyalty Operations workstreams
  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management fields
  • Hospitality industry experience
