Senior Human Resources Coordinator - Hilton Chicago

They are looking for a Senior Human Resources Coordinator that will support the team in all Human Resources functions to include employment, training & development, labor relations, Team Member engagement, and benefits & perks.
What will I be doing?
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Act as one of the first points of contact between hotel Team Members, Managers and the Human Resources team.
- Provide elevated customer service to internal and external guests by leveraging interpersonal communication skills.
- In partnership with Human Resources leadership, own the employment life cycle of Team Members to include onboarding and separation.
- Coordinate hotel recognition and engagement initiatives to include weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual celebrations.
- Administers and maintains electronic and paper data to include HRIS systems and Excel logs.
- Create communication materials to include flyers, newsletters, presentations and other attractive visual media.
- Communicate complex issues and challenges to Human Resources leadership.
- Maintain current knowledge and understanding of the Human Resources functions.

The estimated hourly rate is $31 as it's based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
