HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Lead the Team through day-to-day operations, as well as strategically guide the Revenue department to achieve Team and organizational goals
  • Accurately prepare Monthly and Weekly Forecasts (Day by Day) for all transient segments, group (based on feedback from Sales/Conference Services) and other business units if required, i.e. function space.
  • Ensure yield exemptions are investigated and analyzed and new business opportunities are identified
  • Gather and analyze statistics, yield information and all other relevant information in order to identify potential new business, markets and trends, and to minimize risk
  • Ensure Team Members have current knowledge for all relevant processes, policies and promotions to perform their duties

How you will collaborate with others:

  • As Revenue Director, you will analyze and present financial data that will help the Sales and Senior executive teams to make well-informed decisions about potential new business and the market, in general.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Prepare a market segment outlook and maintain on a daily basis by monitoring actual results versus forecast for plan achievement.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience
  • Three (3) years of work experience in Revenue Management specific to Luxury
  • Experience crafting and managing comprehensive revenue budgets and forecasting models aligned with brand standards and guest expectations
  • Comprehension of Reservations, Sales, PMS and Revenue systems including but not limited to, OnQ, GRO, and Delphi

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Knowledge of local market
