A Senior Cluster Revenue Manager, Revenue Management Consolidated Center – Asia Pacific, serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
Required Qualifications
- BA / BS / Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Confident in communicating with a wide range of people, both internal and external.
- Positive, open-minded and ready for a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Clear, concise, logical and factual in making arguments and decisions.
- Able to recognize trends in data and evaluate complex written and numerical information effectively and efficiently.
- Able to prioritize and balance importance, urgency and resources.
- Determined and energetic, whilst remaining calm and levelheaded to deliver results.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
- Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to take initiative on projects and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- MS / MA / Master's degree.
- 5-7 years of related experience.
- 4+ years of management or supervisory experience.
- Experience in managing key hotels / business assets.
- Experience in managing a team of subordinates.
