Senior Business Analyst

What your day-to-day will be like:
- Attend planning sessions to understand and ensure the teams can adequately analyze the upcoming work efforts
- Review work plans for the upcoming releases and ensure they are well defined and documented, create communication plans and reports to distribute
- Participate in weekly reporting meetings
How you will collaborate with others:
- Collaborate with other Delivery Managers and Business Analysts to help develop delivery metrics within applications that support the delivery process
- Communicate with SE Release Train Engineer regarding the scope of the release including any dependencies or performance monitoring required
- Promote opportunities for improvement and enforce quality standards and processes in all subject areas of the team using Disciplined Agile toolset
What deliverable) you will take ownership of:
- Handle delivery reports on a weekly and quarterly basis, based on delivery metrics captured and rolled-up via planning applications
- Manage planning applications that allow the delivery team to collaborate with Product Manager on timelines, and coordinate quarterly planning schedules across delivery teams (internal, external) where dependencies or impacts are identified to build the integrated deployment schedule
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
- Two (2) years of specialized experience in a software engineering environment
- Ability to travel up to 20% travel
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Five (5) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
- Experience working on an Agile team with technology tools in Jira, Confluence, and Airtable
- Agile certifications in Scrum or Kanban
