HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Manage QA process of database builds
  • Participate in team training sessions
  • Attend and manage PEP escalation call
  • Update and maintain checklist items
  • Localization of PEP

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Manage HK relationship to ensure opening and conversion processes are working efficiently
  • Liaison with Deployment Communications on current changes to PEP program and hotels ready to migrate to PEP

What deliverables you will take ownership of: 

  • Manage change management of PEP with GDCM – new features/changes to checklist items
  • Manage change and communication of program milestones to team for new hotels ready to migrate to PEP

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Four (4) years of work experience in PMS deployment activities
  • Experience taking initiative to identify, prioritize, and implement actions required to achieve functional goals
  • Demonstrated project management skills including the ability to manage details through to completion and ensure deadlines are met
  • Domestic and international travel up to 40-50%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience 
  • Seven (7) + years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field
