HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Communicate and engage with hotels leading up to migration.
• Configure and build the system database.
• Export guest and financial data from OnQ and import into Hilton's new PMS while ensuring both systems are in balance.
• Set up hardware and system interfaces.
• Provide remote or onsite hotel training and support.
• Assist in special projects and ad hoc property support assigned by the Manager and/or Senior Associate.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Liase with hotel management team about remote and onsite activities and training.
• Participate in information sharing with other team members through approved platforms and internal department and training calls.
• Collaborate with internal and external support teams to resolve system issues.

What deliverables you will take ownership of: 

• Multiple stages of a remote and onsite PEP deployment which includes communication, configuration, database build, data migration, testing interfaces, and training.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Professional work experience in Technology or related field
• Work experience using Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems Daily
• Solid understanding of Hilton's PMS, CRS, and interfaces
• Domestic and international travel up to 50%

It would be useful if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
• Three (3) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• Two (2) + years of work experience using Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems Daily
• Proven track record as a successful systems installer
• Knowledge in the following: point of sale systems, networking experience, desktop support, Linux, XML, Basic SQL, JSON
• Experience troubleshooting local hotel interfaces or systems
• Bilingual
