As a Senior Associate Enterprise Tools, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for reporting, data exploration, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members to ensure the team's success.
  • Ensure that all tools under management are functioning and are up-to-date with regular security patches applied.
  • Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities in the tools under management.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Collaborate with vendors, partners, team members, and contractors supporting the tools, ensuring that our organization receives support and assistance when needed.
  • Work with other members of the admin team to troubleshoot and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
  • Work with other members of the admin team to implement necessary security measures and protocols to safeguard our organization's data and infrastructure.

What deliverables you will take ownership of: 

  • Help ensure the reliability, security, and effectiveness of our organization's critical tools. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the success and efficiency of our enterprise operations.
  • Prevent incidents from occurring and provide guidance to the admin team to mitigate any issues that arise, and allocate resources to minimize downtime and changes.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field
  • Two (2) years of professional experience working as an administrator for at least one of the listed tools (Informatica, Talend, and Alteryx)
  • Two (2) years working with AWS, Linux operating systems, and Shell scripting
  • Travel up to 5%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience 
  • Five (5) + years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field
  • Two (2) + years of experience as an Informatica Administrator
  • Two (2) + years of experience as a Talend Administrator
  • Two (2) + years of experience as a MicroStrategy Administrator
  • Experience with AWS SageMaker
