HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Strategize with and lead a team to launch multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase cardmember engagement and stimulate cardmember spend
  • Partner closely with American Express and work closely with external agencies and internal cross-functional partners in executing acquisition marketing strategies across paid and owned channels that drive business KPI's.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns.
  • Remove roadblocks for your team to ensure campaign launches.
  • Work closely with our partners at American Express to bring Loyalty campaigns to life.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

  • Loyalty marketing campaigns including campaigns for cardmembers to upgrade to a higher fee card, add an authorized user, refer-a-friend to the card.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of experience in marketing
  • Experience with co-brand credit card or loyalty marketing for a large brand
  • Experience leading teams, either directly or indirectly
  • Two (2) years working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in hospitality, CPG, retail, financial services, or technology
  • Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple partner groups
  • Hybrid work schedule in Addison, TX or McLean, VA (3 days per week in office)

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's degree
  • Proven success in creating and optimizing marketing campaigns grounded in data and insights that have driven performance lift
  • Strong creative eye & customer-centric lens, with experience directing agency partners to the desired state
  • Development of omni-channel campaign strategies with complex user experiences
  • Experience working within a highly regulated industry
