***This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA***

This is your chance to be part of a Marketing and Loyalty team that attracts customers to Hilton through strong storytelling, top-rated rewards, and differentiated customer partnerships, experiences, and adventures. This role reports directly to the Director of Hilton Honors Adventures and is responsible for executing strategies and identifying opportunities that advance key objectives across category and partner initiatives. The role will lead onboarding, execution, and ongoing management of commercial performance of existing/new partners and support the discovery and evaluation of prospective partners.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Execute best‑in‑class tactics that advance partnership objectives, drive commercial performance, and elevate the guest experience
  • Develop and execute BAU processes for partners, serving as day-to-day point of contact, managing partner inquiries
  • Evaluate prospective partners and segments, including intake, review, and assessments
  • Analyze market trends and performance insights to identify risks and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations to optimize partner outcomes

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Work cross‑functionally across partners and channels to support integration, launch, and ongoing commercial and operational needs.
  • Be a business representative for internal and external partners, delivering on shared goals.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and collaboration, building strong relationships through an understanding of priorities.

What projects you will support:

  • Partnership Management and Commercial Performance: Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and drive execution of key initiatives and opportunities including consolidation of partnership enhancement needs.
  • Category Development: Manage the global pipeline of experiences and adventures, leading the review and assessment of new segments and partners.
  • Storytelling and Reporting: Support the gathering and translation of performance insights into clear, compelling narratives to inform stakeholders, drive alignment and support strategic decision-making.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of work experience
  • Two (2) years of experience in account management/partnership management
  • Proven experience in marketing, analytics, digital and commercial performance
  • Experience capturing performance insights and strategic plans for senior stakeholders
  • Hybrid role based in McLean, VA office (min three days in person)
  • Passion for travel, experiences and adventures

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience working in a matrixed or franchise organization, or start-up
  • Hospitality, travel, or similar industry experience
