Senior Analyst Quality Fees

The Quality Fees program (a core pillar of Hilton RISE) plays a critical role in advancing Hilton's commitment to exceptional Product Quality. The Senior Analyst Quality Fees, reporting to the Director Quality Fees, will drive operational rigor, analytical accuracy, and cross-enterprise alignment required to scale the Quality Fees program.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Own validation of hotel and owner fee eligibility, ensuring accuracy of inputs, calculations, and escalation handling across weekly and ad hoc reporting.
- Administer Quality Fee billings by ensuring accurate eligibility and timing and coordinating invoice execution with Finance.
- Manage recurring program cadences, including preparation of materials, tracking actions from weekly Quality Fees leadership calls, and following through on updates.
- Produce and maintain weekly Quality Fees performance reporting, synthesizing trends, risks, and program impact for senior leadership audiences.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Partner with Owner Relations, Brand Operations, QA/Brand Compliance, AD&C, Legal, and Communications to resolve eligibility questions, align on program policy, and support administration.
- Support integration of Quality Fees data into governance forums (e.g., Brand Compliance Committee) and align reporting cadence with enterprise priorities.
- Coordinate with the BOSS Platform team on system enhancements, enhancements testing, interim workarounds, and roadmap planning for reporting and workflow automation.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Maintain enterprise Quality Fees documentation, including FAQs, program guidance, standards language, and external facing materials, ensuring version control and alignment with approved updates.
- Partnership with the BOSS Platform and analytics teams to improve fee eligibility tracking, data integrity, reporting automation, and self-service visibility for corporate partners.
- Draft leadership ready materials (PPTs, briefs, summaries) to support VP/SVP level reviews and decisions.
- Support the scaling of existing Quality Fees (Brand Non-Compliance Fee and Past Due Renovation Fee) and launching of new Quality Fees (Past Due Design Fee and QA Re-Evaluation Fee) through repeatable governance, automation, and stakeholder engagement.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Two (2) years of experience in an analyst, operations, program management, or enterprise support role.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups) and experience managing detailed trackers and recurring reporting.
- Proven track record of independently managing workstreams, setting priorities, and delivering highly accurate results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing succinct, leadership ready materials.
- Travel up to 10%
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting compliance programs, governance processes, or large-scale enterprise initiatives.
- Familiarity with change management, documentation control, and process design.
- Experience using Salesforce to support program administration, track account or property status, manage workflows or cases, and maintain accurate data to enable reporting and partner communications.
- Knowledge of product quality standards, renovations, and asset lifecycle management within a hospitality, franchised, or multi brand environment, including familiarity with QA audits, PIPs, renovation approvals, and owner/franchisee accountability models.
