HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Own validation of hotel and owner fee eligibility, ensuring accuracy of inputs, calculations, and escalation handling across weekly and ad hoc reporting.
  • Administer Quality Fee billings by ensuring accurate eligibility and timing and coordinating invoice execution with Finance.
  • Manage recurring program cadences, including preparation of materials, tracking actions from weekly Quality Fees leadership calls, and following through on updates.
  • Produce and maintain weekly Quality Fees performance reporting, synthesizing trends, risks, and program impact for senior leadership audiences.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Partner with Owner Relations, Brand Operations, QA/Brand Compliance, AD&C, Legal, and Communications to resolve eligibility questions, align on program policy, and support administration.
  • Support integration of Quality Fees data into governance forums (e.g., Brand Compliance Committee) and align reporting cadence with enterprise priorities.
  • Coordinate with the BOSS Platform team on system enhancements, enhancements testing, interim workarounds, and roadmap planning for reporting and workflow automation.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

  • Maintain enterprise Quality Fees documentation, including FAQs, program guidance, standards language, and external facing materials, ensuring version control and alignment with approved updates.
  • Partnership with the BOSS Platform and analytics teams to improve fee eligibility tracking, data integrity, reporting automation, and self-service visibility for corporate partners.
  • Draft leadership ready materials (PPTs, briefs, summaries) to support VP/SVP level reviews and decisions.
  • Support the scaling of existing Quality Fees (Brand Non-Compliance Fee and Past Due Renovation Fee) and launching of new Quality Fees (Past Due Design Fee and QA Re-Evaluation Fee) through repeatable governance, automation, and stakeholder engagement.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of experience in an analyst, operations, program management, or enterprise support role.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups) and experience managing detailed trackers and recurring reporting.
  • Proven track record of independently managing workstreams, setting priorities, and delivering highly accurate results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing succinct, leadership ready materials.
  • Travel up to 10%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting compliance programs, governance processes, or large-scale enterprise initiatives.
  • Familiarity with change management, documentation control, and process design.
  • Experience using Salesforce to support program administration, track account or property status, manage workflows or cases, and maintain accurate data to enable reporting and partner communications.
  • Knowledge of product quality standards, renovations, and asset lifecycle management within a hospitality, franchised, or multi brand environment, including familiarity with QA audits, PIPs, renovation approvals, and owner/franchisee accountability models.
