Lead Data Modeling Engineer
What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

- Skilled at understanding, documenting, and describing complex technical subjects; and aligning business capabilities to Technology solutions
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients
- Work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Capable of working with/influencing peers and management
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
- Four (4) years designing relational and dimensional data models in common toolsets such as Erwin, ER Studio, Oracle SQL Data Modeler, or PowerDesigner
- Four (4) years of experience in Data Warehouse and/or Transactional technology such as ETL tools, BI, and Analytic datasets
- Experience collecting requirements for data models for a large enterprise environment
- Experience with data organizational change procedures and deployment of database changes
- Travel up to 10% annually
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Seven (7) + years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
- Six (6) +years of professional experience in large-scale Data Warehouse Technology
- Six (6) +years of Data Modeling experience using common modeling tools
