Beverage Manager
What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the field as a Bar leader & 3 years in Bartending service
- In depth knowledge and expertise of the hospitality / food & beverage service industry
- Sommelier & Beverage menu curation experience an asset
- Analytical mindset, with an ability to review P&L on beverage costs & ensure profitability
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty and ethics; self-starter, flexible, and able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain strong relations with guests and all team members
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft office software, POS system, Reservation system, and other related applications
- Flexible schedule. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
