We are looking for a warm, customer-focused, Host to welcome guests and be part of the larger Frenchy team in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
What will I be doing?
To successfully fill this role, you should be able to demonstrate the attitude, behaviors, skills and values that follow:
- Provide exceptional customer service following the Frenchy standard steps of service
- Serve guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner focusing on delivering a memorable guest experience
- Confidently recommend menu offerings and accommodate dietary restrictions
- Follow correct reporting procedures and assist in guest recovery situations
- Ensure all food and beverage orders meet quality standards and are delivered promptly
- Maintain brand standards and strive to achieve departmental targets as a team
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Ensure floor stations are stocked appropriately
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience serving in elevated restaurants
- Positive attitude and team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and ability to create win-win situations for guest recovery.
- Flexibility to respond to different work situations.
- POS systems, payment systems, and other related applications preferred
- Flexible schedule; must be able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Smart Serve Certified.
