Senior Director, Luxury Brands

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands!
What will I be doing?
As a Senior Director, Brand Leader Luxury Brands, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the Luxury team reporting to the SVP Category Leader Luxury Brands, you will lead, plan, and help to implement important brand initiatives while navigating our matrixed environment to achieve completion of brand and enterprise priorities.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Work with the Global Category leader, delivering strategic guidance and enthusiastic advocacy for the Waldorf Astoria and Conrad brands.
- Support the advancement and execution of short- and long-term brand strategies, including building project plans, setting priorities, specifying clear timelines, and ensuring accountability in the implementation of these strategies.
- Support successful launch and implementation of brand programs that positively affect the guest experience, team member engagement, and owner returns (i.e., food & beverage, product design, service excellence, and new product offerings through technology).
- Monitor brand standards and new programs to assess implications to owner profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand differentiation.
- Conduct business analysis including market research and competitive market analysis to find opportunities for the brand.
- Support brand forecast management, annual forecasting process, and growth efforts.
- Be an integral part of the development process and ensuring that all support materials are up to date, in some cases overseeing bespoke presentations
How you will collaborate with others:
- In collaboration with the Development and Operations teams, build relationships with owners and important partners, including supporting in the development of presentations and communication materials.
- Partner with Global Brand and Commercial Organization including Commercial, Marketing, Brand Performance Support and Operations teams to execute brand commercial and guest experience plans to achieve performance goals.
- Provide support to Brand Standards, Quality Assurance, PIP Team, Openings, Hotel Leaders Support, and Owner Relations, addressing owner and hotel needs.
- Partner with Brand Personality and Team Member Communications to amplify brand messages and main priorities to hotel leaders and team members.
What initiatives you will take ownership of:
- Lead cross-brand / luxury initiatives by working collectively with teams, tracking project progress, and representing the brand POV in related meetings.
- Lead initiatives that serve to improve brand integrity and brand health and awareness to improve future growth and strength of the luxury category.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Ten (10) years of work experience, with at least three (3) years of Brand Management experience
- Two (2) years leading projects with multiple partners and teams
- On-property hotel operations experience
- Experience assisting with the development of new strategies, building business cases, gaining internal and external support in a matrixed environment, and driving implementation
- Experience conducting market assessments and competitive benchmarking
- Travel 30% of the time, domestic and international
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Four (4) years of experience leading projects with multiple partners and teams
- Two (2) years of experience developing annual plans, corporate budgets, narratives, project planning, forecasts, and strategic roadmaps for large enterprises
