Bakers serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- A minimum of 2 years as a Baker or Baker Chef de Partie
- Experience with high-volume bakery production
- Knowledge of bread making, dough preparation, and baking techniques
- Ability to prepare a variety of bakery items with consistency and quality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A current, valid, and relevant trade qualification (proof may be required)
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Dedicated to the delivery of exceptional service and continuous improvement

- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons, and evenings
- Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
