Associate, Global Deployment and Change Management, Digital Key Implementation
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Manage and deliver effective training and change management, ensure that the deployment of Digital Key delivers the intended business benefits and causes minimal change to operation in each property
- Update designated project tracker(s), identify potential risks throughout each deployment, manage partners, and meet all project timelines
- Deliver presentations and workgroup sessions at company, brand and other conferences/meetings
- Stay abreast of best practices within the program management and methodologies area and provide direct support to the hotel operation teams in respect to Digital Key technology and processes
- Attend on-site installations (hotels) to oversee the processes and tasks as identified in rollout plan
- Attend implementation projects to increase knowledge
- Prepare and stage property server hardware for lock software installation and configure PMS/Lock Vendor Software for Key Interface
- Troubleshoot hardware, staging, and interface issues
- Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behavior and absolute care with sensitive information
How you will collaborate with others:
- Will collaborate with 3rd party partner, Hilton Product Management Team and Hilton Support Team (to name a few)
- Weekly Project Management Meetings – Internal & External stakeholders
What projects you will take ownership of:

Digital Key Implementation, responsible for each implementation from end to end
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Professional work experience in Technology or a related field
- Experience in hospitality operation roles
- Able to travel up to 30% (sometimes with short notice) and willing to work with a flexible schedule to satisfy the needs of projects outside of North America
- Strong project management skills including ability to manage details through to completion, ensure deadlines are met, and effectively handle multiple concurrent demands
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Three (3) + years of professional experience in Technology or related field
- Two (2) + years of experience in hospitality operation roles
- Hospitality-based business experience, with a mix of operational and technology roles
- Experience with Hilton IT systems
