Sous Chef Pastry - Conrad Maldives Rangali ISland
In this role, Sous Chef Pastry, is the support of the Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in supervising Demi Chefs and the Commis Chefs and in executing the tasks to ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation. Speciality BBQ Chef will assist the Sous Chef in developing new dishes and menus in relation to the BBQ section including: pork, chicken, duck or special meats.
