What are we looking for?
A Sous Chef serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, we are looking for someone who has the following skillset:
- Strong Chef de Partie or previous Sous Chef Experience
- Approaches food in a creative way
- Strong supervisory skills
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Willingness to learn
- Advance food hygiene qualification
- HACCP and ensure that all team members are following the hygiene code and are practicing good personal hygiene
- Speak, write, and read Dutch & English fluently
Also, the following points are beneficial, but not a make-or-break:
- In possession of relevant qualifications for the role
- Able to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
