Manager Sales Mexico Accounts

As a Manager Sales Mexico Accounts, you will support the team responsible for providing a differentiated selling platform for Hilton's diverse portfolio of brands by being relentlessly motivated to grow market share. On the Hilton Worldwide Sales CALA Total Account Management team reporting to Assistant Managing Director of Sales, you will focus on representing our entire portfolio of hotels and brands, develop accounts with business potential for transient and group segments. You will be a great fit for this role if you are client‑oriented, have exceptional analytical skills, and are an empathetic seller.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Maximize the performance of our accounts.
- Conduct strategic analysis of production and Global/Regional negotiations.
- Keep Salesforce updated with latest activity.
- Participate in tradeshows and proprietary events, representing our portfolio and proactively seeking new business opportunities.
How you'll collaborate with others:
Work collaboratively with the various Hilton disciplines (hotels sales team, management team, Brand Performance, Hilton Owners, Openings, Operations) and teams to provide the best service.
What you'll take ownership of:
Development of existing and new Mexican and Central American accounts with business potential in the transient and group segments worldwide
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional experience
- Three (3) years of work experience in Hotel Corporate Sales
- English fluency (professional business level)
- Travel up to 30% (mostly Mexico and Central America)
- Onsite one (1) day a week on average
It would be useful if you have:
- Proficiency in Portuguese
- Salesforce knowledge
