Senior Product Manager
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Drive the Digital Check-in roadmap, especially as it relates to pre-arrival, floorplans and mobile check-in
- Define a pre-arrival awareness strategy partnering with marketing and content teams to develop emails, messaging and triggers leading to advance check-in awareness and adoption
- Write top-notch business requirements and ensure technical teams are in lockstep with your plan
- Revel in the data. Define the product's key success metrics, analyze/present metrics/data post-launch, and quickly act on trends that arise from analyses
How you will collaborate with others:
- Collaborate with software engineering in an agile environment to deliver new self-serve check-in features in the property management system upon arrival and in the mobile apps
- Work with multiple backend technology teams, brands, front office operations, analytics, legal and properties to craft a delivery strategy
- Work with the Hilton Experience Design team to create engaging mobile app experiences and property management tools that enable seamless self-serve check-in capabilities
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Digital Check-in requirements for systematic architecture of mobile check-in integrated into property management systems
- Guest experience of Digital Check-in, including evaluating performance, opportunities and user experience enhancements
- Floorplan management and future mapping capabilities
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Eight (8) years of work experience in product, customer experience, technology, hotel management or operations
- Self-starter who possesses strong product management experience
- You are curious and have experience being able to think high-level and "in the weeds"
- Travel up to 25%
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
- Experience in Property Management Systems (PMS) or Point-of-Sale (POS)
- Mobile app experience
