Your role is important, and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:

- Engage regularly with Global Strategy, Analytics, and Brand teams to align methodologies, adapt global frameworks to APAC contexts, and share insights.
- Participate in regular planning, strategy, and performance forums, supporting senior stakeholder discussions with data-backed insights and recommendations.
- Ensure our organization is future-ready and able to scale.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Executive-ready strategy and analytics deliverables such as APAC Brand growth strategy.
- Establish and embed long‑term capabilities, structures, and processes that ensure the organization is future‑ready and able to scale.
- Core analytical frameworks and tools, including business case models and performance metrics-setting.
- Lead APAC’s target‑setting framework for brand and portfolio KPIs, including tracking and governance cadences and proactively driving corrective actions in partnership with stakeholders.

- Enjoy working with ambiguity and bring structure and clarity to move decisions forward.
- Strong financial modeling capabilities (business cases, sensitivity/scenario analysis, valuation/ROI-style thinking) and advanced analytical skills (build analytical approaches, synthesize insights into actions).
- Working proficiency in Power BI and Tableau (navigate, extract insights, and support simple builds/enhancements).
- Proven ability to create executive-level presentations and communicate complex findings clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated success working independently in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
It would be useful if you have:
- Experience with performance measurement frameworks, KPI target setting, and translating global methodologies to regional contexts.
