What are we looking for:

We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Create and execute against an Implementation Strategy for the new Property Enterprise System
  • Identify new and innovative ways to deploy an ‘industry changing’ platform
  • Assess rollout plan and implementation process and ensure all risks and issues are properly escalated to key partners
  • Present ideas/facts clearly using appropriate interpersonal style
  • Seek ways to improve activities and efficiencies which produce a benefit to the customer (external or internal)
  • Modify direction or style to achieve goals, specifically within the different brands and regions
  • Evaluate the project objectives and key measurements
  • Work with SMEs, business partners, Implementation team, and Technology internal groups to ensure documentation and training materials are correct
  • Work with the internal legal department to ensure implementation processes meet local legislation and cultural requirements
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the department and company.
  • Manage the Implementation team and projects they undertake in line with departmental budgets
  • Assess actual performance against standards to determine whether the department is on target to reach its goals and take corrective actions as necessary, using data from training surveys, usage reports, feedback, etc.
  • Ensure project plans and goals are being followed and achieved, providing feedback or revising the plan if needed.
  • Handle and lead the department funding including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and expenses management

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
  • Four (4) years of management experience
  • Two (2) years executing major technology implementation program
  • Must have or be able to obtain, all necessary documents to travel internationally if needed

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus six (6+) years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus twelve (12+) years of Technology related experience
  • Twelve (12) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
  • Six (6) of years management experience
  • Three (3) years executing major technology implementation program

For Colorado applicants only: The annual salary range for this role starts at $81,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package including medical and prescription drug coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, life insurance, short-and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, paid time off, and our travel discount. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
