The Senior Manager, Enterprise & Brand Marketing – Asia Pacific (APAC) will be responsible for the creation and development of fully integrated marketing campaigns across the region for our Hilton Masterbrand (Enterprise) and the substantial network of Brands in our global portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise, Brand & Partnership Marketing – APAC, you will be working closely with the broader Marketing and Loyalty team, to enhance our media informed creative storytelling and consistently build our brand across this diverse and high growth region.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

  • Conceptualize and develop best-in-class, imaginative, and distinctive integrated marketing campaigns that will build brand equity and drive cultural relevance for Hilton with seamless activation across multiple touchpoints, including content, digital and social, media, and influencer programs
  • Lead creative storytelling and copywriting: craft compelling, digital-first narratives and innovative creative ideas that inspire and engage target audiences, showcasing Hilton’s unique value proposition
  • Identify and activate the right channels (paid and earned media, talent, social influencers, partnerships and many more)
  • Enable the delivery of meaningful brand messaging to target audiences, led by consumer insights into all marketing initiatives while maintaining the integrity of our brand
  • Lead custodian of our brand across the region, educating and guiding internal Team Members and agency partners to ensure guidelines are proactively followed and implemented
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners regionally and globally to create integrated plans, manage multiple stakeholders and activation in various channels
  • Manage plans from briefing, ideas and concepts through to implementation, engaging key cross-functional teams along the way
  • Manage to track and succinctly report in a consumer-friendly way on the results of all go to market plans and campaigns

  • Passion for creative storytelling and content with experience in creating relevant and distinctive end-to-end campaigns and customer experiences
  • Creative executor, digital marketing expert and diligent program manager – be able not only to have a clear creative vision but also to efficiently and effectively program manage across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Detail-orientated with an organized and thoughtful approach to managing and implementing brand guidelines and approvals
  • Data-driven approach to reviewing opportunities and results with a mindset of continuous improvement and impact
  • Keen ability to extract consumer and industry insights and actions from data and guide teams on how to proceed to optimize results
  • Highly effective and succinct communicator (verbal and written) who will work and collaborate to develop deeply consultative relationships across the organization
  • Ability to prioritize, structure, and manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong ability to collaborate while persuasively selling-in ideas that are not always immediately intuitive
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment across multiple regional markets

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • BA / BS in Marketing / Communications or a related field
  • 7 – 10 years’ experience in marketing and the creative industry, with proven leadership experience in managing external partner and agency relationships, in particular creative agencies and production houses
  • Experience in leading marketing strategies for the APAC region
  • Experience with brand management, implementing guidelines and leading approvals
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely express complex ideas, results, and areas of opportunities for internal and external stakeholders (both verbally and written)
  • Around 20% of travel required

  • Experience working in a regional team as part of a global organization and collaborating across multiple geographies
  • Passion for the travel and hospitality industry
