Senior Manager, Co-Brand Marketing Hilton Greater China & Mongolia
The Global Marketing and Loyalty team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results. Loyalty & Co-Brand team is focused on growing customer acquisition and retention through Hilton channels. In addition, the team generates engagement and repeat business through recognition of loyalty benefits and earned rewards during guest stays.
Hilton currently operated four Co-Brand portfolios globally: United States, Japan Germany and United Kingdom, where our Co-Brand portfolios provide customers with the best way to accelerate Hilton Honors promise and elevate their experience during and beyond their stay Journey. Our Co-Brand portfolios play a pivotal role in engaging our customers and accelerating affinity for Hilton and Hilton Honors
What will I be doing?
As the Senior Manager, Co-brand Marketing, GCM, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy to grow Hilton’s co-brand portfolio in Greater China and Mongolia. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement initiatives aimed at enhancing awareness and consideration of Hilton’s co-brand offerings. This includes acquiring new co-brand customers and increasing their engagement through ongoing initiatives and tactical campaigns. Additionally, you will support the GCM Marketing and Loyalty team to achieve other key business objectives through various financial service partnerships.
More specifically, you will:
- Collaborate with partner and support Head of Co-brand China to develop the annual marketing strategy and media plan
- Manage the roll-out of key strategic initiatives and campaigns to support the overall channel objectives.
- Lead the creative development for campaigns, including development of creative briefs, management of agency partners, gaining alignment and approval across key business partners, and ensuring all deliverables are on-brand.
- Source and manage creative agencies to ensure best-in-class creative development and performance.
- Partner with owned channels and Martech team to strategize, plan and execute initiatives to drive acquisition and engagement, including but not limited to website, landing pages, on-property, social channels and CRM.
- Partner with media team to strategize, plan and execute paid media campaigns to drive acquisition and cardmember spend
- Further deepen the partnership by working on additional spend stimulation programs and campaigns outside of co-brand to drive awareness and revenue to hotels
- Define audience segments and target audience for acquisition, activation and retention
- Report on campaign performance in partnership with the Media Planning & Insights team

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of experience working in partnership and marketing at a global organization
- Fluent English and Chinese
- This role will include 10-15% travel.
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree and/or MA/MS Master’s Degree
- Experience in the credit card retailing space
