Senior Lead Cyber Security Analyst

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Conduct technical security assessments, interface, and engage with internal and external customers globally.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards securing customer and Hilton data.
• Generate requirements and review security artifacts confirming security posture while identifying issues and present to leadership.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Work with customers and Team Members from around the world to help implement security solutions that are tailored to the specific risks facing the organization ensuring standards are implemented and maintained throughout solution lifecycle.

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Take ownership for the Cyber Review process upkeep and evolution to continuously outpace new threats and new technology offerings to Hilton GIS’ customer base.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Seven (7) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
• Five (5) years of experience in risk management focusing on IT vendor assessment, IT audit, or application/web security
• Advanced experience analyzing application/software frameworks, security control frameworks, or architecture/network/data flow diagrams
• Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: GitLab, Atlassian Stack, Node.js, React, GraphQL, and NOSQL databases such as Couchbase
• Familiarity with industry standards, guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements related to information security and cloud computing (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, Cloud Security Alliance, NIST 800-53, PCI DSS, SOC2)
• Direct experience with SAST & DAST scanning tools
• Travel up to 10%

It would be useful if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
• Ten (10) + years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
• One of the following professional Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CWSP, or GCWN
• Experience with development methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile)
• Experience working with Cloud design and architecture (e.g., SaaS, IaaS)

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000-$165,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
