Sales Support Specialist (Onboarding)

As a Sales Support Specialist (Onboarding), you will support the team responsible for delivering a differentiated selling platform for Hilton's diverse portfolio of brands guided by a strong focus on growing market share. On the Global Support team reporting to Director Sales Support Enablement, you will focus on coordinating setup tasks, maintaining onboarding resources, and supporting new sales hires globally to ensure a seamless start.
You will design, maintain, and enhance the Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS) onboarding experience to reflect our culture, tools, and ways of working. As the central point of coordination, you will partner closely with leaders, coaches, and subject matter experts. This partnership will ensure each new hire is prepared and set up for success. You will oversee onboarding documentation, processes, system access, and administrative setup. Your goal is to ensure a seamless experience from pre-boarding through early tenure. As the primary contact for coaches supporting new hires, you will provide clear guidance, strengthen operational readiness, and help accelerate integration across the global HWS team.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Manage onboarding checklists to ensure every new sales hire—across all global regions receives consistent, high-quality onboarding experience.
- Maintain and update distribution lists, organizational charts, and onboarding material to keep information accurate and aligned across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Share and organize onboarding materials, ensuring each new sales hire has access to the most current tools, guides, and resources.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Coordinate system and access setups by partnering with multiple departments and regional teams to ensure new hires are equipped from success.
- Partner with leaders to tailor training schedules, coordinate introductions, and track progress through each new hire onboarding period.
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
- Support global onboarding initiatives by contributing to process improvements, gathering feedback, and helping evolve the onboarding program over time.
- Collect onboarding feedback, identifying gaps, and helping propose improvements to enhance the new hire experience.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years of onboarding support, sales support or hotel professional experience.
- High knowledge in Outlook, Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint.
It would be useful if you have:
- Consistently communicated information clearly and effectively through both verbal and written channels.
- Experience consistently meeting established deadlines and performance targets.
