At Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa, we don’t just book rooms—we create first impressions that last a lifetime. As our Reservations Agent, you’re not just answering phones; you’re delivering world-class hospitality with every conversation.

You’ll be the friendly voice behind every perfect getaway, every spa retreat, and every special celebration. Whether it's helping guests plan a romantic weekend or assisting with group accommodations, you’ll play a key role in bringing the magic of La Cantera to life—before they even arrive.

      What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests making reservations

  • Provide personalized recommendations for rooms, packages, and resort amenities

  • Maximize occupancy and revenue through strategic upselling

  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth guest experiences

  • Be a brand ambassador for luxury, hospitality, and excellence

 

    What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

  • Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Prior experience in reservations or customer service preferred

  • Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus (but we’ll train the right perso
