Regional Director, Engineering Operations - South East Asia

What are we looking for?
A Regional Director, Engineering Operations - South East Asia serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• Possess a Degree/Diploma (or equivalent experience in lieu of) in a relevant technical field, with ten years’ experience, preferably in hotels or similar facilities management roles.
• Possess a high technical understanding of building/facility equipment, systems, and operations.
• Possess Project and Energy management skills.
• Strong communication, team building, and leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and at all management levels.
• Ability to handle demanding schedules and situations.
• Experience working in multi-cultural or international settings.
• Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behavior and absolute discretion with sensitive information.
• Ability to manage and coordinate national and international travel schedules per the needs of the business.
