HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

What your day-to-day will be like:
- Manage specific leadership development programming and initiatives, applying strong project management skills.
- Analyze and prioritize program activities, deliverables, and budget with realistic timelines, while navigating within constraints (scope, schedule, cost, quality, etc.).
- Develop and lead virtual and in-person activities and workshops related to assigned programs, including orientations, trainings, and subject-matter-expert webinars.
- Communicate across a variety of mediums and with a diverse set of partners, requiring strong business writing and presentation.
- Contribute to data collection and analysis efforts to inform decision-making, measure program effectiveness, and assist with program augmentation or enhancements.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Work across the Global Learning & Development team to support cross-programmatic execution and distribution of resources.
- Partner with Recruitment, Employer Branding, Regional Operations Leaders, and other company partners to optimize the performance of owned programs.
- Liaise with several internal and external partners, including vendors, to research and put forth recommendations and viable solutions, and develop curricula and resources, to meet leadership development needs.
- Consult with Hotel leaders and guide them to solutions for Learning & Development needs, considering the nuances of individual properties or sub-regions.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Manage overall Early Talent Development programming for the Americas region, to include the development of program frameworks, journeys, and resources and ensure that programs remain current and fit-for-purpose, ensuring talent development and pipelining.
- Be a primary contact and representative of the Learning & Development team for designated hotels within the North America Sub-Region, providing resources and guidance.
- Support North America Sub-Region Hotels in the execution of Customer Promise Delivery, Talent Management, and Talent Pipelining.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Four (4) years of work experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Project Management, or Consulting.
- Three (3) years of experience in Learning & Development program design, development, and/or execution.
- Two (2) years of on-property or above-property Hotel experience.
- Travel up to 10%.
It would be useful if you have:
- Demonstrated skills in consulting and project management.
- Achieved or pursuing certification in Project Management
- Experience in the development or facilitation of Early Talent Development programs for global audiences.
