As a Manager, Property Product Management, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Product team reporting to the Director Property Product, you will support projects including PEP- Property Engagement Platform.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Participate in release planning and delivery planning sessions to align on the pod's priorities in each release.
  • Prioritize and manage the pod's product backlog, to include bugs, enhancements, and new functionality based on defined PEP goals.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of product requirements, user stories, and any relevant information.
  • Provide input to support the continuous improvement of our software delivery processes.
  • Identify and guide the mitigation of risks and provide relevant updates to main collaborators and leaders.
  • Manage special projects.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • You will participate in demand intake and partner with product, and application leads to ensure all delivery commitments are met.
  • Build relationships with important partners to deliver planned releases in line with Hilton's strategic Property initiatives.
  • Partner with product team and partners to understand requirements and transform those requirements into deliverable solutions.
  • Lead a cross functional PEP pod through recurring Agile ceremonies to complete agreed-upon work on time and according to PEP ticket standards.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • You will support projects that enhance PEP, Hilton's Property Management System (PMS).
  • Your work will help accelerate the deployment of PEP to all hotels, find new solutions that improve user satisfaction, create operational improvements on property, and enable hotels to better serve guests.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional work experience in Hospitality or related field
  • Four (4) years of experience in hotel operations and/or working with Property Management Systems (PMS)
  • This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)
  • Travel up to 20%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
  • Seven (7) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Five (5) + years of experience with Hotel Operations and/or Property Management systems
  • Five (5) + years of experience working or leading projects in a technology field
  • Knowledge of the Agile Methodology and prominent tools such as Jira and Confluence
