HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day will be like:
- Lead the planning, execution, and performance tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across Hilton's growth brands in the Americas.
- Partner with our teams and external agencies to bring campaigns to life — from brief through execution — ensuring understanding of brand strategy and commercial priorities.
- Analyze performance data, consumer insights, and market trends to uncover opportunities, improve campaigns, and tell the story behind the numbers.
- Influence creative and media strategies through test-and-learn approaches that build scalable best practices.
- Collaborate across the Americas Marketing team to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.
How you will collaborate with others:
- You will report to the Director, Americas Marketing and engage with commercial services, global brand marketing, content and creative teams to ensure execution of brand identity and brand storytelling.
- You will collaborate with integrated teams across paid media, planning & performance, distribution, creative and content development teams to develop marketing campaigns and report on results.
- You will participate in partner meetings and report on meeting outcomes and opportunities.
What you will take ownership of:
- Create strategy to support new growth brands and audiences at Hilton
- Translate insights into inspiring marketing strategies, spotting opportunities in the data, and helping brands grow through thoughtful storytelling and collaboration.
- You will monitor and reporting on the success of marketing campaigns by managing reports, obtaining proof of performance, and building communication plans.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years in marketing with an agency or large brand, with a focus on consideration and conversion (mid and low funnel objectives)
- Excel in a collaborative team environment.
- Passionate about the intersection of brand, data, and digital innovation.
- Familiarity with marketing strategy, paid media, partnership marketing, performance marketing, or integrated campaign strategy.
- Travel up to 20% (if applicable).
- Hybrid schedule in McLean, VA (3 days/week in office)
It would be useful if you have:
- Experience collaborating with and managing agency partners
- Experience using project management tools (ex. AirTable, Jira) to story tell with data and visuals
- Experience: Travel/Hospitality, Retail, or experience in a performance-led and matrixed organization
