HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like: 

  • Translate the product roadmap and various functional plans into comprehensive and concrete project plans
  • Anticipate, identify, and lead cross-functional dependencies and challenges that might put project plans at risk and navigate associated intake and demand governance processes across teams
  • Communicate program plans and status to internal partners throughout the project lifecycle and support product teams in regular product communications
  • Support product launches and scaled rollouts at hotels, work with hotel operations, deployment, and support teams to ensure quality execution of products according to plans

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Build trust and partner with internal and external collaborators, building deep knowledge of technical, product, and business requirements, to ensure the successful delivery of project plans

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Program management of Messaging products, including product enhancements and scaled rollout of communication tools to improve the guest and team member experience

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of work experience in digital program management, project management, or a related field
  • Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Smartsheet, and AirTable
  • Travel up to 20%, as needed

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in technology, business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field
  • Three (3) years in consulting, customer experience, digital or technology-related field
  • One (1) year of experience in hospitality, with an understanding of hotel operations
  • Experience with cloud platforms, product environments, or related technologies
  • PMP or relevant project management or Agile certification or experience
