Manager, Global Deployment & Change Management (GDCM)

- Solid project management skills including the ability to manage details through to completion and ensure deadlines are met
- Excellent general knowledge of IT standards and methods and specific knowledge pertaining to Connected Room technology
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of work experience
- Three (3) years of experience in technology and hospitality roles
- Solid grasp of Hilton connected Room technology & systems
- Willing to travel (30%), sometimes on short notice
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 10+ years of Technology related experience
- Nine (9) + years of work experience in Technology or related field
- Four (4) + years of experience in hospitality
- Two (2) + years of management experience in a supervisory role of people or teams
