  • Ability to drive enthusiasm around the value of Data Governance for the organization
  • Advanced information visualization skills
  • Outstanding analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional experience in data management, data governance, or related field
  • Three (3) years of experience with data governance technology (data catalog, privacy, data quality tools, or similar)
  • Experience working with Cloud platforms
  • Understanding of fundamental database and SQL concepts, such as database table design and relationships, and analyzing data using SQL queries
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot tables)
  • Experience using BI Tools, including Tableau or MicroStrategy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, advanced presentation skills

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
  • Seven (7)+ years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
  • Four (4)+ years of experience with data governance and data quality tools
  • Two (2)+ years of experience in leading teams of 1-3 people
  • Experience with Data Quality management concepts and tools including IDQ (Informatica Data Quality)
