HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like: 

  • Use critical thinking, project management, problem resolution, presentation, facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills to complete work
  • Communicate and story tell, including taking abstract concepts and crafting compelling, succinct stories and supporting materials (presentations, visuals)
  • Learn new subject matter quickly (i.e., technology, revenue management, etc.) and actualize them in your work
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Exercise strong time management and flexibility to shift priorities based on business needs
  • Self-starter who can work independently and prioritize work, while also collaborating across the interpersonal matrix

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Collaborate with and influence commercial stakeholders to resolve complex problems
  • Build positive relationships across Hilton with strong verbal and written communication to optimally influence at all levels of the organization

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative analyses to understand current state and diagnose issues
  • Facilitate working sessions to compile data, ideate on solutions and cultivate agreement
  • Support business case development, strategy briefs, and executive updates

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional experience, preferably in a technical field or strategy and planning
  • Three (3) years of project management experience in a global matrixed organization
  • Ability to travel 15% of the time

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Proven Hospitality experience
