Legal Secretary / Assistant – Asia Pacific

What are we looking for?
A Legal Secretary / Assistant – Asia Pacific serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• Education: Minimum Diploma or equivalent. 
• At least 8 years of secretarial experience in a large corporate or law firm environment supporting the legal team.
• Experience in legal research and drafting and proofreading of contracts is advantageous.
• Ability to manage confidential information with complete discretion.
• Experience working efficiently and adhering to tight deadlines.
• Understand the importance of providing quality support service.
• Proactive with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, plan, prioritize, and organize to deadlines.
• A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Positive “can-do” attitude, flexibility, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
