Senior Analyst Audience Development
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Focus on complex audience design, strategy, and execution for customer communications.
- Work with customer data, understanding, and defining the parameters of the data, database structures, available models, and campaign management tools.
- Gather user requirements for campaigns and give strategic input.
- Perform quality assurance/control steps to ensure the accuracy and validity of audience lists to meet campaign and audience segment requirements.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise of the relevant Hilton business and data knowledge.
How you will collaborate with others:

Partner with IT, data, and model development teams to guide improvements.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Plan business campaigns to translate hypotheses and marketing objectives into audience selection criteria.
- Ensure scheduled campaigns are delivered on time while reviewing status and campaign overviews to involved partners
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years of professional experience
- Experience with marketing campaign support and execution
- Intermediate experience writing SQL queries
- Hands-on experience using campaign management tools (i.e. Unica) and building process flowcharts
- Technical and marketing acuity with previous experience utilizing customer data in a marketing planning, execution, or analytics role
- Craft, multi-channel campaigns guided by important partner input
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Two (2) years of experience in Business to Customer (B2C) marketing or Business to Business (B2B)
- Experience with Project Management tools (i.e. AirTable)
- Experience with hospitality and/or credit card/financial services
