HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Craft and develop technical solutions on the Contact Center instance of Salesforce.
  • Work with the Solutions Architect, partners, and other Software Engineers to translate requirements into functional applications.
  • Work on optimizations to the existing codebase and system architecture, with a focus on improving operational efficiency.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Collaborate with developers in an Agile environment leading solutions and ensure understanding of business objectives.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

  • CTI Scripting within Salesforce Service Cloud utilizing out-of-the-box and custom Amazon Connect phone panel for both Voice and Chat channels.
  • Troubleshoot, iterate and migrate legacy applications into the Salesforce ecosystem.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Three (3) years of work experience in Salesforce Service Cloud or LWC Development
  • Experience working in a cloud environment
  • This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)
  • Travel up to 10%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
  • Seven (7) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Five (5) + years of experience in understanding and writing complex T-SQL stored procedures.
  • Three (3) years of work experience with React, C#, PHP, and JavaScript
  • Experience with AWS (S3, AppFlow, Amazon Connect, or Open CTI within Salesforce)
  • Experience in version control tools (Git, Bitbucket)
