On the Global Deployment & Change Management team reporting to Senior Manager - Global Deployment & Change Management, you will support projects including Property Engagement Platform (PEP) deployment.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Analyze current Hilton business practices concerning Finance in the Managed and Franchise estate to ensure compliance with the deployment of PEP.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all things finance/payments related.
- Write finance /payments processes (including technical guides) around the implementation of PEP in all regions.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Collaborate with the Business Architecture team to understand the fiscal requirements with localization of Countries targeted.
- Collaborate with software vendors to document requirements for configuration and testing of fiscal functionality.
- Train and instruct our teams as the resident subject matter expert in all areas related to finance.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Implement all finance requirements for deploying the Property Engagement Platform (PEP).
- Maintain all internal documentation related to deploying PEP domestically and internationally.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
- Four (4) years of experience in the hotel industry using Property, Sales, Revenue, or Finance systems
- High level of proficiency in Hotel Operations Audit and Franchise Back Office Systems (M3, Profit Sword etc.)
- Travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Seven (7) + years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
- Manager or Director experience in a Finance related role
