Lead Cyber Security Analyst

What your day-to-day will be like:
- Conduct technical security assessments, interfacing, and engaging with internal customers globally
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards securing customer and Hilton data
- Generate requirements and review security artifacts confirming security posture while identifying issues
- Solve problems optimally and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism, and integrity
- Positively influence Hilton’s partners and communicate effectively at all levels
How you will collaborate with others:
- Work with a team of Cyber Security subject manager experts who guide customers through Hilton development pipelines, assist with speed to market, and quality output
- Work with customers and Team Members from around the world to help implement security solutions that are tailored to the specific risks facing the organization ensuring standards are implemented and maintained throughout solution lifecycles
What projects you will take ownership of:
- High profile enterprise-wide technical solution assessments as well as the Cyber Review process upkeep and evolution to continuously outpace new threats and new technology offerings to Hilton GIS’ customer base
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional experience within Technology or related field
- Three (3) years of experience in the application/web development or Risk Management
- Experience reviewing SAST & DAST scanning tool results, reviewing application design, software framework, security control frameworks, architecture/network/data flow diagrams, and capable of assessing underlying components
- Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: GitLab, Atlassian Stack, Node.js, React, GraphQL and NOSQL databases such as Couchbase
- Familiarity with industry standards, guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements related to information security and cloud computing (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, Cloud Security Alliance, NIST 800-53, PCI DSS, SOC2)
- Certification(s) (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CWSP, GCWN or related)
It would be useful if you have:
- Experience with development methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile), experience working with Cloud design and architecture (e.g., SaaS, IaaS)

The annual salary range for this role is $100,000-$140,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
