***This role will be based at our global corporate in McLean VA with a 3-month secondment at a Hilton property***

LAUNCH, Hilton's early career development accelerator is a select, 24-month rotational program designed to develop the future of Hilton's corporate leaders. Through the 24-month journey, participants will receive a well-rounded experience, gaining exposure to hotel operations, various corporate functions, and projects, empowering them to grow personally and professionally at Hilton.

The ideal LAUNCH candidate has a quest for understanding more about different functional areas to grow their skillset and gain exposure to cross-functional teams.  Candidates have the opportunity to gain experience in project management, strategic planning, and data analysis across various departments, including Marketing, Brands, Analytics, Finance, Human Resources, and more. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of our organization and develop a versatile skill set in visionary thinking, communication, data analysis, and project implementation, preparing them for successful careers across all business and analytics functions.

We will consider preferences for the on-property secondment and ten-month corporate rotations, however, preferences cannot be guaranteed. Rotations will be based on a combination of preference and skill-set.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Provide support to the teams and property you are assigned to through the program
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to offer insights that inform decision-making and enhance processes
  • Be a teamwork enthusiast who works well with colleagues and customers within the organization on a global scale
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and help develop new ideas and solutions

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to build relationships, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Understand customer needs and expectations and help enhance customer experiences and satisfaction
  • Participate in networking, training, workshops, and mentorship programs to build relationships and continuously improve skills and knowledge with colleagues and organizational leaders

What projects you will take ownership of: 

  • Projects will vary based on your assigned rotational teams
  • Present complex information clearly and succinctly to diverse audiences
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects to support the teams goals and initiatives

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Senior of post-secondary education program, recently graduated from a post-secondary education program or has less than three (3) years of post-graduation work experience; or has less than three (3) years of professional experience.
  • Willing to relocate within commutable distance to the McLean, VA corporate office
  • Willing to commit to a two (2) year program working full-time business hours starting in August 2025
  • Willing to work on-property US or globally based for three (3) months

It would be useful if you have:

  • Internship or work experience in the hospitality industry
  • Held a leadership position from extracurricular activities, work experience, or in the community
  • Exposure in an international or multicultural environment
  • Experience with data analysis or using data to make decisions
  • Exposure to data visualization, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics (SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, and others)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions, complex data)
