Food and Beverage Manager/Director

Additional Criteria:
1- Education: Degree or diploma in hospitality management, culinary arts, or business administration.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in F&B operations.
2-. Operational & Financial Expertise
- Strong knowledge of F&B service, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
- Ability to create and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue.
- Understanding of food and beverage trends, cost control, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
3- Leadership & Team Management
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team.
- Experience in handling staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in guest service situations.
4- Customer Service & Guest Experience
- Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Ability to handle complaints professionally and improve service standards.
- Experience in personalizing guest interactions and ensuring satisfaction.
5- Creativity & Innovation
- Ability to create unique dining experiences, promotions, and menus.
- Good knowledge of Menus engineering
- Understanding of current market trends and ability to implement new F&B concepts.
- Skills in marketing, social media, and event planning.
6- Vendor & Supplier Management
- Ability to build relationships with suppliers for quality products at the best prices.
- Negotiation skills for contracts and procurement.
7- Technology & Systems Knowledge
- Familiarity with *POS systems, inventory management software, and hotel PMS*.
- Understanding of digital marketing and revenue management for F&B outlets.
