Head Bartender

What are we looking for?

A Head Bartender serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Minimum 3–5 years of bartending experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role in a high-end or luxury environment.
• Expertise in classic and contemporary mixology, spirits, wine, and champagne and the ability to create classic cocktails
• Flexibility in hours as you will be working rostered shifts, especially on evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills
• Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
• Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities.
• High attention to detail and a passion for guest experience.
• Professional appearance and demeanor suited to a luxury setting.

*Preferred:**

- Sommelier or mixology certifications.
- Experience with rooftop, lounge, or nightlife venues in the luxury segment.
- Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems.
