Job Description
Canopy by Hilton Seychelles is looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team. With over 140 guest rooms, suites, and vibrant public areas, this role requires an accomplished leader who can ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, comfort, and service delivery in line with Hilton brand standards.

What will I be doing?
As Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Housekeeping operation, ensuring impeccable guest experiences, and driving quality assurance across the property. You will:

  • Lead, train, and inspire a diverse Housekeeping team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service.

  • Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet Hilton’s cleanliness and presentation standards.

  • Manage departmental budgets, inventory control, and cost-efficiency without compromising quality.

  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, deep-cleaning programs, and sustainability practices.

  • Oversee laundry operations, linen management, and vendor relationships.

  • Drive Quality Assurance (QA) and compliance with Hilton brand standards, local regulations, and health & safety requirements.

  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

  • Act as a role model in creating a culture of care, engagement, and performance.

What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous Hilton experience in a leadership role within Housekeeping.

  • Proven experience managing large properties with over 140 rooms.

  • Strong background in Quality Assurance, audits, and compliance.

  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a multicultural team.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience with departmental budgeting and cost controls.

  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a guest-first mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pre-opening or established hotel environment.
