A Director of Marketing & Communications serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
• Extensive experience in marketing communications, with a proven track record in the prestigious 5-star luxury hotel industry.
• Pre-opening expertise is highly desirable, demonstrating adaptability and strategic foresight in launching new properties.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and public relations, with a strong grasp of current trends and platforms.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in design tools and marketing platforms, enabling the creation of visually engaging and brand-aligned content.
• Analytical acumen, with the capability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with local news media, securing positive coverage and managing press releases, interviews, and media events with finesse.
• Multilingual proficiency is a highly valued asset, enhancing communication effectiveness across diverse markets and cultural contexts.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
